* Admitted to the California Bar
* Strong academic performance from an ABA accredited law school
* Three or more years of experience in employment law
* Dedication to excellence in the practice of law
* Passion to practice exclusively in the areas of employment law advice and counsel and/or employment litigation
* Commitment to superior client service
* Preferred experience handling wage and hour class action and PAGA litigation is preferred but not required

## Compensation

The salary range for this position is $130,000 – $167,500; pay is based on experience.
