This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package offered. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and a minimum of five years of litigation experience, with foreclosure experience being a plus. The Associate Attorney will primarily handle residential real estate litigation, mortgage and transactional matters, and will also be responsible for protecting the client's interests in court proceedings and general collection cases.
