Law Firm in Multiple Locations Seeks Experienced Trademark Paralegal

As a Trademark Paralegal, you will play a vital role in the preparation and filing of federal trademark and service mark applications. You will also be responsible for monitoring and handling foreign trademark formalities and renewals. This is a full-time position with a hybrid work schedule and excellent benefits, including generous PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance, commuter benefits, and a 401k plan. Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation and filing of federal trademark and service mark applications
- Monitor and handle foreign trademark formalities and renewals
- Track docket entries and deadlines
- Prepare reports for attorneys and clients
- Communicate with clients, foreign associates, and . Patent and Trademark Office personnel
- Arrange for legalization of documents in foreign countries
- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
- Paralegal certificate from an ABA qualified program preferred
- Minimum of three years of trademark prosecution experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Office365 and docketing databases (PATTSY WAVE preferred)
- Knowledge of foreign trademark prosecution
