Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support for attorneys and other timekeepers in the Regulatory Department
• Code and enter time and costs in the firm's billing system
• Prepare high-volume client billing using specialized software and procedures
• Maintain a deep understanding of department objectives and requirements to anticipate and proactively address needs
• Serve as a knowledge resource for specific practice group requirements and firm policies and procedures
• Manage calendars, travel, expense reports, and other administrative duties
• Collaborate with internal and external resources to complete projects
• Manage information securely and accurately, both electronically and in hard copy files

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate transactions and e-Billing, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation:
• Hiring Salary Range: $80, - $100, (dependent on position, location, education, training, and experience)
