Responsibilities:

Draft legal documents for attorneys to review.
Organize and summarize case materials and reports.
Prepare pleadings, subpoenas, discovery requests and responses, correspondence, interrogatories/answers, and other legal documents.
Conduct legal research and investigations as needed.
Assist in deposition preparation, pre-trial investigations, and trial preparation, including preparation of witnesses.
Prepare exhibits and other demonstrative evidence for use at trial.
Provide assistance at trial.
Familiarity with Federal Court CM/ECF system and filings.
Proficiency with Summation or Eclipse.
Accurate timekeeping and billing according to guidelines.

Requirements:

7+ years of experience as an Insurance Defense Paralegal.
Background in First Party Property.
Familiarity with Federal Court CM/ECF system and filings.
Proficiency with Summation or Eclipse.
Trial experience preferred.
Commitment to a minimum of 125 billable hours per month.
Stable work history and verifiable references.
