We are looking for a motivated self-starter with strong academic credentials, excellent writing and communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to handle complicated matters with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will have experience with the range of federal, state, and local laws that govern employment relationships in the workplace, such as anti-discrimination and anti-harassment law, wage and hour law, family and medical leave and sick and safe leave laws, as well as with workplace compliance issues such as obligations under express and implied employment contracts and best practices for handling discipline and separations.
