# Accessibility/Employment Litigation Associate Epstein Becker & Green, a national management-side labor and employment law firm, is seeking an attorney to work at the mid-level or senior associate level in its New York office. This position requires a minimum of three years of experience in accessibility and disability accommodation laws/regulations, public accommodation accessibility issues, litigations, regulatory (DOJ) investigations, advocacy group interactions, and compliance counseling, policies, and training. Experience with accessibility auditing and/or managing outside auditors is a bonus. Additionally, candidates should have general employment litigation experience, including knowledge of federal and state employment laws. ## Qualifications - Juris Doctorate degree - Admission to practice law in New York (state and federal courts) - Strong academic credentials - Excellent communication and writing skills - Experience with accessibility and disability accommodation laws/regulations - Knowledge of public accommodation accessibility issues - Experience with litigations, regulatory (DOJ) investigations, advocacy group interactions, and compliance counseling, policies, and training - Experience with accessibility auditing and/or managing outside auditors - General employment litigation experience, including knowledge of federal and state employment laws ## Salary and Benefits The expected salary range for this position ranges from $205,000 - $290,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and where applicable, licensure or certification obtained. Market and Firm factors are also considered. In addition to the base salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
