# Civil Litigation Attorney – Springfield & Worcester, MA

We are seeking a full-time Civil Litigation Attorney with 2 to 4 years of courtroom experience for our Springfield and Worcester, Massachusetts offices. The successful candidate will split a caseload between our Springfield and Worcester team and should have experience in tort and employment law, medical malpractice litigation, and health care law.

## Job Description

The Civil Litigation Attorney will be responsible for handling a complex and diverse workload, including:

* Drafting motions and legal memoranda
* Conducting legal research
* Drafting and responding to discovery
* Preparing for and conducting depositions
* Attending court hearings
* Drafting high level correspondence and reports

## Requirements

*
* Minimum 2 to 4 years of civil litigation experience
* General courtroom experience and familiarity with the rules of court in the Superior, District, and Probate courts
