What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
There needs to be a clearer and better format when it comes to an employee getting promoted at the firm. But it's a minor issue.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Partners here know how to keep associates happy. My fellow attorneys and I have good resources to do our jobs. They have good salaries that are competitive with other firms. The superiors also keep communication with subordinates.
What did you not like about this institution?
The only flaw I can mention is that there tends to be few opportunities for advancement at the firm sometimes. But it's something that tends to change depending on the amount of trust an associate gains from some partners.

Start paying people what they are worth. The department heads and attorneys are paid well, but the support staff.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The HR Department is amazing, and will bend over backwards to help you if you are a good worker.
What did you not like about this institution?
The Acct Dept/ Finance. Over works staff, little pay. They waits months to submit yearly reviews. The accounting/ finance department has clicks if you are not apart of the click you are left out.
People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
The Partners are amazing. They are very professional and courteous, and are always willing to help when they can.
How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
The flexibility and amazing support staff, perks and benefits. The firm shows it’s appreciation in other way as oppose to monitory gain.
