As a Trademark Paralegal, you will work closely with attorneys in the clearance and prosecution of . and foreign trademark and copyright matters. This includes conducting searches, managing enforcement actions, and assisting with due diligence. You will also have the opportunity to work on a variety of other tasks, including drafting and filing trademark and copyright applications, communicating with foreign associates, and managing internet domain names.

In order to be successful in this role, you must have a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5-7 years of experience as an IP/Trademark paralegal. Experience in a mid to large-sized law firm is highly preferred, and a paralegal certificate is also preferred. Additionally, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong project management and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree
