Law Firm Seeks Experienced Trusts & Estates Paralegal

Law firm von Briesen & Roper, . is looking for an experienced Trusts & Estates Paralegal to join their team in the Greater Milwaukee or Madison areas. The successful candidate must possess either six or more years of Trust and Estate administration experience or an accounting degree.

Job Description

The Trusts & Estates Paralegal will assist lawyers with the preparation of Federal Estate Tax Returns, Trust and/or Estate Accountings, Federal Gift Tax Returns, Decedent’s Final State and Federal Income Tax Returns, State and Federal Estate and Trust Income Tax Returns, and Probate Petitions. The candidate must possess proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Income tax return preparation experience is required and gift and estate tax return preparation experience is a plus. Proficiency with CCH Axcess tax software and GEMS programs is preferred.
