Practice Assistant - Real Estate: A full-time position at a law firm in Warrington, PA is currently available for a Practice Assistant in the Real Estate department. Responsibilities:
- Manage and process all transactional/administrative tasks, including communicating with clients and attorneys, scanning and indexing documents, maintaining a vault of original estate planning documents, and preparing binders for clients.
- Review and summarize wealth-planning-related materials, such as estate plans.
- Prepare and open files in the firm's case management software.
- Conduct internet research, including real property deed searches.
- Provide notary services to team members and clients after obtaining notary public certification.
- Maintain a high level of productivity and excellent client service.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred, or a paralegal certificate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional services firm or in-house legal department.
- Minimum of one year of professional work experience, preferably in a law firm.
- Proficiency in PC skills, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Experience with Adobe PRO/Nuance PDF.
- Strong time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced team environment.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:
- This role operates in a clerical, office setting and will require the use of standard office equipment.
- The employee must be able to perform all essential functions of the position with or without a reasonable accommodation.
