Job Overview: The law firm seeks a seasoned Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Partner with extensive experience handling various executive compensation and employee benefits matters. Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel and strategic advice on executive compensation and employee benefits matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate executive compensation agreements, employment contracts, and benefit plans.
  • Conduct research and stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting executive compensation and employee benefits.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and departments within the firm to address client needs comprehensively.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and litigation related to executive compensation and employee benefits issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, demonstrating responsiveness and delivering high-quality service.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience practicing law in a law firm setting.
  • Expertise in Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits matters, including defined benefit plans, contribution plans, 401k plans, and profit-sharing plans.
  • Membership in the Florida Bar or eligibility for membership with a willingness to complete the process promptly.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate and maintain a portable business book is highly preferred.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the Florida Bar or membership eligibility.

Skills:
