Job Description:

- Drafting legal documents and correspondence for filing
- Preparing pleadings and motions
- Corresponding with attorneys, court personnel, and clients
- Interviewing witnesses and preparing them for court
- Ensuring accuracy of all documents
- Appearing in court promptly for assigned cases
- Handling all aspects of assigned cases
- Conducting legal research
- Performing administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

- . degree and Illinois license
- Experience in family law preferred but not required
- Senior associate positions available for attorneys with five or more years of litigation experience
