Law Firm Seeking PPA Associate with Energy & Infrastructure Experience

Summary:

**Members Only**, a leading law firm, is seeking an attorney with four to eight years of experience in the energy industry to join our Energy & Infrastructure practice. This position is open to any of our US office locations. We are looking for someone with experience in energy projects, specifically in the areas of renewables and energy storage, with a focus on energy offtake work including power purchase agreements, corporate PPAs, and energy storage offtake agreements. This is an opportunity to work closely with clients in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Provide legal counsel on energy projects, specifically in the areas of renewables and energy storage
- Draft and negotiate energy offtake agreements, including power purchase agreements, corporate PPAs, and energy storage offtake agreements
- Advise clients on renewable energy credit agreements, hedging agreements, and other related agreements
- Work closely with clients in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

- 4-8+ years of relevant experience
- Strong academic credentials
- Superior communication skills
- Membership to the State Bar of the office of the state in which the candidate expects to be located is required

Compensation and Benefits:

- Expected salary range between $260,000 and $435,000
