Law Firm Seeking Experienced Litigation Paralegal in Financial Services Department - New York City

Salary: Commensurate with experience
Job Type: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Location: New York City, NY

Overview:

Bressler, Amery & Ross, a nationally recognized law firm, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their Financial Services Department in their New York City office. This is a great opportunity for someone with a minimum of 3 years of experience in securities arbitration and litigation to join a dynamic and growing firm.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Collect and review documents for discovery and client requests
- Prepare and file state registration documents
- Assist with arbitration and trial scheduling and preparation
- Manage a substantial caseload
- Communicate with firm personnel, outside counsel, and external vendors

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation, preferably in securities arbitration/litigation
- Strong knowledge of federal and state securities law, SEC, and FINRA
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Familiarity with document management systems is a plus
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
