## Labor and Employment Attorney - Dallas

Lathrop GPM is actively seeking an experienced Labor and Employment Attorney to join our growing practice in our Dallas office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of legal experience in both advising and litigation roles, as well as a strong academic background, exceptional analytical and writing abilities, excellent client service skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative environment. Candidates with a portable book of business are also preferred.

### Responsibilities

- Provide legal support and advice to the firm’s business clients on employment and labor relations issues
- Research, brief writing, preparation of pleadings, policy drafting, investigation of misconduct complaints, preparation of charge responses, and client advising
- Represent clients in traditional labor law areas such as collective bargaining, union organizing, employees’ protected rights, grievance arbitrations, and regulatory and administrative hearings

### Qualifications

- Minimum of 10 years of employment law experience (in both advising and litigation roles)
- Strong academic credentials
- Exceptional analytical and writing abilities
- Excellent client service skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Portable book of business (preferred)
