Law Firm Seeking Litigation Docketing Specialist Faegre Drinker, a leading law firm with offices in multiple locations, is seeking a Litigation Docketing Specialist to join their Technology, Information Security & Information Governance team. Job Description As a Litigation Docketing Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and processing notifications from courts, administrative agencies, clients, and counsel. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate docket records and preparing and distributing docket reports. Other duties may include training new staff and responding to inquiries from attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants. This is a high-pressure, deadline-oriented role that requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a virtual environment. The actual initial hourly rate may vary depending on relevant skills, experience, and other job-related factors. This is a non-exempt role paid on an hourly basis with a work week. Requirements To be considered for this position, you must have a Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate, or at least 4 years of law firm docketing experience. You should also have extensive knowledge of an industry-standard docketing software and a minimum of two years of docket experience at a law firm. Knowledge of federal and state and local rules, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, is also required. For candidates residing in California, knowledge of California State and Local rules is also necessary.
