With a diverse client base and a dynamic culture, Lewis Roca offers a challenging and rewarding work environment for talented professionals. Job Responsibilities: - Draft, format, and proofread legal documents with attention to detail and accuracy - Maintain data and electronic document management in compliance with firm policies - Manage and follow-up on docketed and non-docketed deadlines - Submit E-Court filings using State and Federal Court systems - Transcribe legal documents and correspondence - Review and edit documents for accuracy - Maintain client files and document binders - Interact with clients to provide updates and gather information - Complete projects under tight deadlines - Develop and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and clients - Maintain confidentiality of client matters - Manage timekeepers' schedules and calendars - Provide administrative support as needed - Some in-office presence may be required Qualifications: - High school diploma or GED equivalent - 5+ years of experience as a Legal Secretary/Assistant in a law firm setting - Above average proficiency in Microsoft Word and strong typing skills - Experience with electronic and paper file organization - Excellent proofreading, editing, and communication skills - Ability to prioritize and work efficiently under minimal supervision - Familiarity with iManage preferred - Ability to adhere to firm standards, policies, and procedures - Professional demeanor and ability to work with different personalities - Strong time management and project management skills - Demonstrated ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a busy practice - Experience communicating through various channels and with different audiences Salary Information: - $75,000 - $95,000 per year - Compensation may vary based on qualifications and experience Benefits: - 401(k) with employer match - 3 weeks of paid time off - 10 paid holidays per year - Medical plan options, including traditional and HSA-qualified plans - Tuition reimbursement - Gym reimbursement - Well-being program - Technology stipend - Employer-paid life insurance and long-term disability - And more!
