Minimum Qualifications:
- High-school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Minimum of 2 years of paralegal experience

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience with case management software such as Clio
- Previous experience in a metrics-driven and continuous improvement work environment
