Job Title: Mid-Level IP Tech Patent Litigation Associate
Salary Range: $260,000 - $365,000 per year, commensurate with experience
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in PTAB/IPR, patent litigation in district court, and/or ITC proceedings
Degree: Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or similar field

The Law Firm of Arnold & Porter is seeking a Mid-Level IP Tech Patent Litigation Associate to join their Intellectual Property & Technology Practice Group in either their New York, San Francisco, Silicon Valley, or Washington, DC offices. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced attorney to join a team of approximately 100 attorneys who advise clients on the most important assets in their life cycle, including patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Represent clients in patent litigation matters, including trial and appellate experience
- Strategically enforce and defend clients' patent rights in cutting-edge areas of technology
- Work with clients such as Samsung, Adobe, Boston Scientific Corporation, Charter, Crocs, Google, Tesla, and Nike
- Provide expertise in PTAB/IPR, patent litigation in district court, and/or ITC proceedings
- Possess a degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or similar field
- Familiarity with source code preferred
- Excellent academic credentials and references required
- Currently licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction(s) where applying

Salary Information:

- New York: $260,000 - $365,000 per year
- San Francisco: $260,000 - $365,000 per year
- Silicon Valley: $260,000 - $365,000 per year
- Washington, DC: $260,000 - $365,000 per year

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in PTAB/IPR, patent litigation in district court, and/or ITC proceedings
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or similar field
