Law Firm is seeking an experienced Labor and Employment Attorney to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney to continue to develop strong skills and grow with a preeminent regional firm.

##### Qualifications

* Licensed to practice law in Ohio
* Strong sense of service to our clients and colleagues
* Strong legal research background and training
* Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities
* Self-awareness about strengths and weaknesses and a willingness to grow and learn
* Strong sense of professionalism and work ethic
* High level of organization and attention to detail
* Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and colleagues
* Ability to work well in a team environment
* Litigation experience preferred

##### Responsibilities

* Counsel clients on practical and effective business practices
* Defend clients against claims filed in courts and administrative agencies involving harassment, discrimination, wage and hour disputes, safety, workers’ compensation, trade secret/non-compete issues and related matters
* Represent clients in private and public sector collective bargaining
