- Draft and negotiate mergers and acquisitions documents
- Analyze and interpret legal documents
- Participate in due diligence process
- Provide legal advice on corporate transactions
- Collaborate and coordinate with other departments
- Assist with the preparation of documents for regulatory filings
- Manage components of deals independently
- Support the corporate finance team

### Qualifications

- Five years of experience in corporate transactional work
- Demonstrated drafting and negotiating skills
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
