Law Firm is looking for a Personal Injury Litigation Assistant

Law Firm is looking for a dedicated and experienced Personal Injury Litigation Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will have at least one year of experience in preparing deposition, hearing, and trial binders; requesting and updating all medical records/bills; confirming request for copies/objections to NPNP documents; drafting letters to providers for medial records of lien holders; and organizing litigation files for trial.

Qualifications:

Experience in Litserv, preparation of binders for hearing / depositions and medical records.
Exceptional written and oral skills
Must be organized and attention to detail
Customer service is our priority so the candidate must have great ,000; 1-week vacation after six months of employment; 2 weeks vacation after one year of employment; 3 weeks of vacation after two years of employment with the law firm; 6 federal holidays off per year; 6 personal/sick days per year; $50,000 life insurance policy paid by the firm; Health insurance (4 different options to choose from including a Health Saving Account – HAS) basic packet health insurance paid in full by the firm; Dental and Vision insurance paid in full by the firm; and a discounted JCC gym membership.
