The Tampa office of Kubicki Draper, is currently seeking a Legal Assistant with with complex Federal and State Court litigation cases inclusive of professional liability, products liability, medical malpractice, wrongful death and catastrophic injury claims.

## Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:

* Competency and proficiency in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Excel
* Excellent communication skills, ability to follow-up on items and be detail oriented.
* Ability to manage attorney calendars/scheduling, capturing attorney time and drafting legal documents including standardized letters, pleadings and reports.
* Ability to work in a fast paced evolving environment
* Working knowledge of Florida Court procedures and be familiar with e-Service and e-Filing.
