Job Title: Employment Litigation Associate

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in employment law

Responsibilities:
- Independently manage a caseload of employment litigation cases
- Handle cases from start to finish, including written discovery, depositions, motion practice, oral arguments, and trials
- Participate in and oversee all aspects of litigation
- Conduct legal research and writing
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Provide exceptional advocacy and representation for clients

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-approved law school
- Admitted to practice law in Texas
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in employment or general liability litigation
- Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Excellent academic credentials and interpersonal skills
