The successful candidate will have advising private and/or public-sector employers on Federal and New York State labor and employment law matters, and litigating claims in federal and New York State courts.

The ideal candidate must have the ability to write in a clear, concise and effective manner, as well as excellent verbal communication and advocacy skills. They should also be able to perform quick and reliable legal research. Candidates who possess these skills but have limited knowledge of labor and employment law are also encouraged to apply.
