Discovery Paralegal Wilson Elser’s Milwaukee office is currently seeking a Paralegal to join a national team serving a broad litigation portfolio to assist with conducting investigations and research into case-related information. Remote and hybrid working arrangements are available for this position. The Role The Discovery Paralegal will play a crucial role in conducting investigations and research into case-related information for a broad litigation portfolio. This position offers the opportunity for remote and hybrid working arrangements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; BA in Paralegal Studies and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred Minimum of 1 year of experience as a litigation paralegal Strong analytical and communication skills, both oral and written Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion Experience with team collaboration software is a plus Familiarity with Electronically Stored Information and document management systems, including computer-assisted review technologies, is a plus Responsibilities Manage and respond to litigation discovery requests, including assisting with discovery requests and document productions Collaborate closely and effectively with stakeholders both inside and outside the firm Obtain and manage client documents, including electronic data, and determine the potential relevance to each case Organize and maintain evidentiary data and case-related information according to best records management practices across a wide array of case files and documentation Why Should You Apply?
