The candidate will be preparing and prosecuting patent applications in a variety of technology areas from advanced electronics to medical diagnostic systems. Candidates who have some experience with, appreciation of and affinity for Japanese culture are required. Should have a Bachelor of Science degree from the accredited undergraduate program; preferably in Electrical/Electronic Engineering; Chemistry; Biology; Physics; Computer Science; etc. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school is required. Must preferably be a member of . Bar, or Bar of at least one state. Must have 1-3 years of experience in patent law preferably in preparing and prosecuting patent applications. USPTO Registration Number preferred. Must have impeccable writing skills. Japanese language skills preferred.
