Law Firm is Seeking a Personal Injury Discovery Paralegal Law Firm is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Injury Discovery Paralegal to join their team in Tampa, Florida. The ideal candidate will have two or more years of experience as a Florida Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal. Job Responsibilities: Provide legal support to personal injury attorneys and other paralegal staff. Assist with organizing, drafting, reviewing, and filing Requests for Admissions, Requests for Production, and Interrogatories to opposing parties. Manage, draft, and review of discovery responses timely and efficiently. Maintain and follow up on all Non-Party production documents including Requests for Copies and non-party logs. Knowledge of the E-filing system on both the State and Federal levels. Assist with scheduling depositions, mediations, and arbitrations as needed. Contact with clients, judges, and opposing counsel. Preparation of other pleadings, Motions, and Orders, under the supervision of attorneys, as needed. Qualifications: Two or more years experience as a Florida Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal. Excellent organizational skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Self-starter and self-motivated, able to meet deadlines. Bilingual (Spanish & English) is a plus. Exemplary tenure with previous employers. Must pass a criminal background check. Preferred if the candidate is a Florida Bar Certified paralegal. Bilingual is a plus, Spanish. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail.
