Job Responsibilities:

Gather, review and analyze relevant documents, including medical and financial records
Prepare medical record chronologies and trial materials
Conduct legal research and analysis
Manage court docket calendar and communicate with clients and opposing counsel
Perform additional duties as needed

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in Litigation, preferably in a healthcare setting
Bachelor's or Associate's degree required; Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality
