The Law Firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patent Agent to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in a biological science, with a preference for a PhD in molecular biology, biochemistry, immunology, or genetics. This position will involve working on a variety of patent prosecution matters, as well as providing IP diligence, IP-transfer commercial transactions, and strategic IP business counseling. The successful candidate will also possess strong academic credentials and excellent references.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in patent prosecution matters
- Provide IP diligence and counseling for commercial transactions
- Conduct strategic IP business counseling
- Work closely with attorneys and clients to develop and implement patent strategies

REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate degree in a biological science
- PhD preferred
- Admission to the patent bar
- Minimum of 5 years of patent prosecution experience
- Strong academic credentials and excellent references
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit
