Position Summary Briefly, Rimon’s support company, has an immediate opening for a part-time Trusts and Estates Administrative Assistant. This position will work in our San Francisco office and mainly support our attorneys, but may also provide support to other partners and the legal support department as needed. We are looking for a candidate with prior law office experience who is collaborative, detail-oriented, organized, and self-sufficient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Essential Functions & Responsibilities - Efficiently scan and sort incoming mail to ensure timely distribution within the office - Provide general office support as needed, including filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies - Assist with document management tasks, including preparing, organizing, and storing paperwork - Support office staff with additional projects and tasks as required Requirements: - Previous experience in a legal office setting is essential - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently - Excellent attention to detail - Proficiency in standard office software and equipment - A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Bilingual preferred - High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in office administration or a relevant field is a plus Compensation: $18- $23/hour, commensurate with experience This position offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience within a dynamic and supportive legal environment.
