This position is available in our Chicago, Los Angeles, Indianapolis, Minneapolis, New York, Philadelphia, San Francisco, or Washington, . offices. As an ideal candidate, you will have 4-6 years of experience advising on employee benefits matters, including qualified retirement plans, health and welfare plans, fiduciary governance, and nonqualified plans. You will also have experience advising on compensation and benefits issues in corporate transactions, including ESOP transactions. Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving attitude are essential for this role, along with strong academic credentials. Previous experience in a large law firm is preferred, but not required. This is a hybrid position, with the expectation of working 2 days in the office.
