Experience: Two or more years of experience in drafting mechanical patent applications related to engines, transmissions, drivetrains, suspensions, control systems, consumer products, and medical devices. Registered patent agent status is required.

Responsibilities:
- Draft and prosecute patent applications in the field of mechanical engineering
- Collaborate with clients and team members to understand and protect their intellectual property
- Conduct patentability and infringement searches and provide opinions on the same
- Assist with patent litigation and other IP-related matters

Requirements:
- Two or more years of experience in patent drafting with a focus on mechanical engineering
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant technical experience
- Registered patent agent status
- Excellent academic credentials
