The law firm of Wilson Elser is currently seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our team in Dallas. As a leading defense litigation firm with over 1000 attorneys and 42 offices across the United States and London, we are committed to providing exceptional service to our clients. If you have a bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience as a paralegal in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree, Paralegal Certificate is a plus
- 3+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal
- Experience with document management systems, MS Office Suite, and e-discovery is preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage a variety of demands daily
- Familiarity with state and federal court procedures

Responsibilities:

- Prepare records, exhibits, and medical record analysis for trial preparation
- Conduct investigative research on opposing parties and expert witnesses
- Manage case files and documents
- Communicate with experts and conduct research on verdict information
- Ensure compliance with local and judge's rules
