Responsibilities:

- Support attorneys in advising premier private equity clients in organizing some of the world's largest and most prestigious funds
- Communicate with clients, lawyers, corporate service companies, and government agencies
- Develop knowledge in the Investment Management practice area and contribute to business development efforts
- Prepare and maintain investor subscription documents, side letters, tax forms, and other fund-related documents
- Form corporate entities and track beneficial ownership requirements
- Facilitate fund closings by maintaining checklists and drafting closing notices to investors

Requirements:

- Enthusiastic and energetic approach to working in private equity
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks under time pressure
- Strong work ethic and sense of ownership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
