Trademark Paralegal The candidate will focus on portfolio management/prosecution, enforcement, and/or a combination of both. Should ideally have experience in managing large international trademark portfolios. Specific aspects of the position include exposure to managing a trademark docket; trademark prosecution including trademark searching, preparing applications, renewals and simple office action responses; managing foreign enforcement matters and corresponding with foreign counsel. Should also have experience in coordinating powers of attorneys and obtaining legalization of documents, chain of title assessment and clean-up and other due diligence matters. Excellent computer skills are critical and experience with database management is desirable. Experience with docketing software and electronic file management is a plus.
