Responsibilities: - Train timekeepers and support staff on document management systems, case management software, and Microsoft tools. - Create training materials and provide live training to ensure understanding of software and best practices. - Assign required training plans and track completion for new hires. - Assist with the creation of training materials for new software and version upgrades. - Provide support for document uploads and email management. - Perform other duties as assigned.
