Overview:
- Littler Mendelson, a leading law firm, is seeking a Data Organization Training Specialist in Kansas City to ensure effective training on the firm's policies and best practices regarding document storage.
- This position is responsible for training timekeepers and support staff on systems relevant to the Data Organization's goals, creating training materials, and assisting with software rollouts.
- The ideal candidate will have experience with data organization systems and tools, as well as a strong understanding of data governance and management concepts.

Responsibilities:
- Train timekeepers and support staff on document management systems, case management software, and Microsoft tools.
- Create training materials and provide live training to ensure understanding of software and best practices.
- Assign required training plans and track completion for new hires.
- Assist with the creation of training materials for new software and version upgrades.
- Provide support for document uploads and email management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Experience with data organization systems and tools.
- Knowledge of data governance, compliance, and management concepts.
- Ability to develop and provide web-based and remote training sessions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
