Wicker Smith Law Firm is seeking a highly organized and experienced litigation Paralegal to join our team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting attorneys in all aspects of litigation, including trial preparation, document management, and calendaring deadlines. The ideal candidate will have a two-year degree and 2-3 years of experience in litigation, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and a typing speed of 45 wpm. A paralegal certification is preferred, but not required. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $45,000 to $55,000 per year, along with excellent benefits including medical, vision, dental, 401(k), and disability insurance.

Responsibilities:
* Support attorneys in all aspects of litigation, including trial preparation, document management, and calendaring deadlines
* Review discovery and gather additional information for obtaining records with NPNP/Subpoenas
* Compile exhibits for exhibit exchanges
* Maintain a high level of organization and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Work independently while also collaborating with team members

Requirements:
* Two-year degree
* 2-3 years of experience in litigation
* Paralegal certification preferred
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Typing speed of at least 45 wpm
