Job Title: Benefits & Executive Compensation Associate

Experience:

- 4-6 years of experience in employee benefits
- Experience with qualified retirement plans, health and welfare plans, fiduciary governance, nonqualified plans, and advising on compensation and benefits issues in corporate transactions
- Large law firm benefits experience preferred but not required

Office Locations: Chicago, Los Angeles, Indianapolis, Minneapolis, New York, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Washington .

Responsibilities:

- Advising on employee benefits matters
- Providing guidance on qualified retirement plans, health and welfare plans, fiduciary governance, and nonqualified plans
- Assisting with compensation and benefits issues in corporate transactions, including ESOP transactions
- Writing and reviewing legal documents
- Conducting legal research
- Collaborating with colleagues and clients
- Communicating effectively with team members and clients
