Job Title: Construction Litigation Labor Law Attorney – Defense

Experience:
- Substantive experience handling construction litigation cases, particularly those involving Labor Law Sections 240(1) and 241(6) and contractual indemnification issues
- Strong deposition experience in Labor Law cases
- General working knowledge of premises liability and negligence cases preferred

Location: New York Metro Area (flexibility on office location and hybrid work schedule available)

Salary: $95,222 – $175k (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities:
- Manage own caseload, including appearing in court for conferences and motions, complying with discovery, and preparing and filing motions
- Report to clients and carriers on case progress
- Take and defend depositions
- Coordinate medical examinations
- Collaborate with Team Leaders for support and guidance

Qualifications:
- Admission to the New York Bar (New Jersey, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania Bars a plus)
- Substantive experience in construction litigation, particularly Labor Law cases
- Strong deposition experience in Labor Law cases
- General working knowledge of premises liability and negligence cases preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
