Job Title: Employment Litigation Associate at Law Firm in Dallas, TX

Overview:

- KD's Labor and Employment practice handles a range of employment law matters, including discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour defense.

Responsibilities:
- Independently manage a caseload from start to finish.
- Participate in and oversee written discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trials.
- Use strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills to effectively represent clients.

Qualifications:
- JD from an ABA-approved Law School.
- Admitted to practice in Texas.
- Minimum of 1 year of employment or general liability litigation experience.
- Outstanding academic credentials and interpersonal skills.
