**Members Only** is currently seeking an attorney with four to eight years of experience to join our Energy & Infrastructure practice at any of our US office locations. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge energy projects, with a specific focus on renewables and energy storage. We are looking for candidates with experience in energy offtake work, including power purchase agreements, corporate PPAs, and renewable energy credit agreements. Key Responsibilities:

- Work on energy projects relating to renewables and energy storage
- Focus on energy offtake work, including power purchase agreements and renewable energy credit agreements
- Collaborate with clients in a fast-paced environment
- Provide top-notch legal services to clients

Qualifications:

- 4-8+ years of relevant experience
- Highly motivated with excellent academic credentials and communication skills
- Must be a member of the State Bar in the office location
