This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Responsibilities and Accountabilities: - Apply knowledge of Federal, State, and Local Rules to assist lawyers and non-attorney timekeepers - Conduct legal research and analyze relevant materials for assigned cases, business transactions, or regulatory matters - Prepare legal documents and assist during trials, meetings with clients, and regulatory hearings - Compile data from reference materials and manage virtual workrooms - Communicate with clients and coordinate document review and preparation for discovery, trial, and administrative proceedings - Utilize and demonstrate proficiency in firm-supported technology tools, cite checking, and Bluebooking - Complete routine legal filings, E-Filing, and communications with court representatives Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred - Paralegal certificate, NALA certification, or specialty certificate provided by State helpful - Minimum of 3 years litigation paralegal experience required, experience coordinating paralegal work helpful - Intermediate knowledge and application of Federal, State, Local, and Appellate Rules - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic technological and research skills - Experience with legal technology and computer databases, cite checking, and Bluebooking - Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure, train other paralegals, and present a professional image - Flexibility to work overtime or travel on short notice Join our team at Law Firm, an international law firm committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
