Are you an experienced litigation and e-discovery professional looking for a new challenge? Look no further! Cooley Law Firm is seeking a Senior Litigation & E-Discovery Services Analyst to join our team in either San Diego or San Francisco.

As a Senior Litigation & E-Discovery Services Analyst, you will provide support and administration for litigation technology, applications, and systems as part of our LEDS department. You will work closely with our litigation practice to provide back-up support and guidance, as well as manage vendor relationships. Your main responsibilities will include designing and maintaining litigation databases, coordinating document reviews, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.

This is a full-time position, with the expectation to bill time on an hourly basis. The hourly pay range for this role is - , depending on location, experience, and skillset. Responsibilities:

- Provide support and administration for litigation technology, applications, and systems
- Design and maintain litigation databases to manage data for review, production, and analysis
- Coordinate document reviews and handle requests for new or modified databases
- Train legal teams on the use of litigation support systems and applications
- Maintain documentation of work performed on litigation-related client data
- Troubleshoot any issues with litigation teams, systems, and processes
- Follow department and firm policies and procedures related to litigation data management
- Communicate with and provide back-up support to colleagues in other offices

Requirements:

- 6+ years of experience in litigation and e-discovery services, including administering litigation review database applications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, iManage, and other firm applications
- Thorough understanding of relational databases and litigation support related software and technology
- Technical knowledge of enterprise information management and data analytics applications
- Familiarity with electronic discovery and risk management issues

Preferred:

- Bachelor's degree
- SQL and ODBC experience
- Experience in a law firm or vendor environment
- RCA certification
