Paralegal (Full-Time) - Remote Position Full-time position based in Chantilly, VA or Chicago, IL Join a dynamic and growing team at Redgrave LLP, a leading law firm specializing in litigation and investigations. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal with excellent communication skills to assist in all phases of client engagements. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely and requires a Bachelor's degree or higher and 4-6 years of experience in the field or a related area. A Paralegal Certificate is preferred. Salary Range: $95, to $125, per hour H1: Join Our Team as a Full-Time Remote Paralegal at Redgrave LLP H2: Exciting Opportunity for Organized and Detail-Oriented Paralegal Responsibilities: • Facilitate internal communications and manage team emails and schedules • Act as primary point of contact for project charters and plans • Document meeting minutes and interview notes • Coordinate client communications and schedules • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Maintain case filings and assist in the development of materials for litigation matters • Update content in matter-related tools and manage document management process • Assist in the drafting, organization, and editing of client deliverables • Conduct research using search tools • Maintain confidentiality and interact with firm personnel, clients, and vendors Skills and Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred • Paralegal Certificate preferred • 4-6 years of experience in the field or a related area preferred • Excellent communication skills in English • Strong analytical abilities • Ability to handle time pressures and prioritize tasks • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software • Experience with OrionLaw or other similar business ERP or accounting packages • Ability to work in a fast-paced and diverse environment Physical Demands: • Listening, talking, concentrating, standing, sitting, bending, and reaching Please note: This job description outlines the essential duties and responsibilities of the position, but it is not exhaustive.
