Summary:

This is a national search for qualified candidates with significant experience in company representation and compensation disclosure issues, as well as a broad range of transactional executive compensation and benefits matters.

Responsibilities:

- Provide legal counsel and advice on executive compensation and benefits matters for clients
- Handle complex transactional matters related to executive compensation and benefits
- Conduct research and analysis on tax, securities, and other relevant laws associated with executive compensation and benefits
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to provide comprehensive solutions for clients

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive compensation and employee benefits
- Strong understanding of tax, securities, and other relevant laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
