The law firm of Fenwick is currently seeking a Mid-Level Litigation Paralegal to join our team of experienced litigation professionals. With offices located in Silicon Valley, New York, San Francisco, Washington ., Seattle, and Santa Monica, we offer a dynamic and collaborative work environment for our employees.

As a Litigation Paralegal, you will report to the Litigation Paralegal Lead and Practice Operations Specialist, utilizing your 3+ years of litigation experience to assist with a variety of tasks. Your thorough knowledge of state, federal, and ITC court rules, procedures, and discovery processes (including electronic discovery) will be essential in this role. Additionally, your strong communication, research, and organizational skills will allow you to effectively multi-task in a highly demanding, deadline-driven environment.

In order to be considered for this position, you must have a four-year degree and/or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program. Strong Excel and database experience is also required, and patent trial experience is preferred. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package available.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $85,000 - $133,750, depending on factors such as qualifications, experience, education, and location. Eligible employees may also receive a discretionary bonus based on performance. Further details about benefits eligibility and the discretionary bonus program can be provided upon request.
