Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani is a dynamic and rapidly growing law firm with an immediate opening for a Litigation Paralegal in our Orange County office. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, who are highly organized, detail-oriented, and have a strong understanding of litigation support and case management. Responsibilities:

- Client contact and communication
- Document review and production
- Drafting and responding to discovery
- Indexing and exhibit preparation
- Investigation and research

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- ABA approved Paralegal certificate
- 3+ years of trial and litigation paralegal experience
- Proven litigation skills
- Experience with Summation Pro, Relativity or comparable litigation support software
- Excellent analytical and written communication skills
- Familiarity with trial presentation software such as Sanction or Trial Director
- Environmental/Toxic Tort experience is a plus

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a friendly and business casual work environment with a competitive salary and benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Disability & Life Insurance. The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000.
